Nano Titanium oxide

The nanometer titanium dioxide for plastic is white fluffy powder, with small particle size and uniform particle size. It adopts nano-silicon-aluminum composite dense inorganic coating, and the powder undergoes special organic treatment to form a dense layer of silicone and titanate on the surface of the powder. The membrane improves the dispersion properties of the powder and avoids secondary agglomeration of the powder. The treated nano-titanium dioxide powder can be subjected to a subsequent crosslinking reaction with the resin during use to enhance the binding force between the resin and the powder. Application features:

Adding rutile nano titanium dioxide (DK-TiO2-T30) to plastic not only plays the role of white pigment, but also improves the heat resistance, light resistance and weather resistance of plastic products, and the physical and chemical properties of plastic products are obviously improved and enhanced. The mechanical strength of the product and prolong its service life. Nano titanium dioxide (for plastics) has the following advantages in plastics compared to ordinary titanium dioxide:

1. Rutile nano titanium dioxide (DK-TiO2-T30) has good absorption properties for UVA and UVB, and can effectively absorb ultraviolet light.
